Flexibility
The Garden People recognises that a successful commercial partnership requires a level of flexibility from both parties involved and a willingness to adapt contract terms to reflect any changing circumstances. We will act reasonably and in good faith when change is required and be open and honest regarding price impacts.
Change control
Change control is of particular importance when the affected or new service is part of a larger programme because the consequential effects of unmanaged change may be far-reaching within the planned change environment and to business-as-usual activities.
Our change control process is typically as follows:
Log change request and notify the responsible person.
Undertake an initial evaluation, reviewing the change.
Undertake a detailed evaluation, where the impact on baseline success criteria, benefits, scope, quality, time, resources, costs, risks, stakeholder engagement or any other criteria important to achieving service objectives are considered.
Decide to approve the change as is or request amendments.
Update the plan when the change is agreed.
Implementation the necessary actions
Monitor the effect of changes and respond promptly as necessary.
